Providing thorough home inspections to clients since 2014.  Background in general construction for over 30 years and as a self employed General Contractor since 2006.  Every aspect of the property will be inspected according the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.  Currently a Certified Professional Inspector and member of InterNACHI.  A current board member of KREIA.  A member of Bluegrass Realtors Association.  Recommend every client to be present at least toward the end of the inspection so they may ask questions and be as informed as possible before they leave the house.  Providing easy to read and follow reports so they will have the knowledge to make a decision on one of the biggest purchases of their life.  Reports are provided the same night as the inspection.  Always available after the inspection for any questions or concerns.

Inspection services offered are for residential, horse farms, commercial, investment and more.   Radon testing is also available.
